Get it printed nowHere at TS Print Group we have been specialising in screen printing for many years. From our location in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, we are ideally located to access all areas of Luton with ease for all of your screen printing needs
Screen printing is a traditional printing technique used to push ink through a mesh and onto a surface. Each colour used in screen printing is applied with a different stencil, or screen.
Even after the introduction of digital printing technology, screen printing remains the best process for printing on specific materials such as fabric, plastic, vinyl and wood.
Whether you are looking for packaging, stickers & labels, ring binders or something else, our specialist screen printing team can take your artwork and place it onto a number of different materials for all of your specific needs.
From our location in Luton, we also have many years of experience in lithographic printing jobs. Over the years we have worked with hundreds of businesses across the Luton area printing flyers, leaflets, business cards and much more.
Lithography is the traditional printing process of "pressing" ink onto paper. The image that is pressed onto the paper during a litho print run is etched onto a metal plate using lasers and then mounted onto a printing press.
Due to the nature of litho printing, the initial setup can be time-consuming and therefore it is recommended to use this printing technique for larger print runs.
Litho printing is suitable for use on a wide range of surfaces including paper, card and plastics and consistently produces high quality images.
Our print factory, close to the centre of Milton Keynes, is fully kitted out to offer digital printing as well as traditional methods.
Digital printing removes many of the mechanical steps used in traditional printing and therefore can offer a shorter turnaround and lower costs for short print runs.
Digital printing also has the ability to print fairly low quality images, as low as around 150DPI for all of your specific printing needs.
Our digital printing machines work in a similar way to normal office printers but on a much larger scale and with a greater degree of sophistication. Digital printing technology has come on in leaps and bounds, and is a great option for smaller print runs as we are able to offer an "on demand" fixed per sheet cost.
